Please note that KAUZEN CLO. operates within the current return policy of the European Union, which means that refunds are not available. However, we do offer exchanges for a different garment/size and credit vouchers for the item’s value, which have no expiration date and can only be redeemed at our online store.
KAUZEN CLO. does not accept returns for garments that have been embellished, such as screen printed, DTG, embroidery, dyeing, etc. We are also not responsible for any damages caused by third-party vendors, such as wash houses, printers, embroiderers, and applied customizations.
To initiate a return, please contact our team via email at info@kauzenx.com. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrectly sized item, please contact us at the same email address.
Please note that refunds will only be issued as a credit/coupon code on our website if the returned product meets our guidelines. Cash refunds will only be issued if the product received is damaged, flawed, or shipped in the wrong size.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, both within and outside the European Union, even if the item was originally shipped for free.
